Evergreen Opportunities provides overseas education consultancy, admission guidance, and visa assistance services. Our role is strictly advisory and facilitative. Please read the following terms carefully before engaging our services.
1. Scope of Overseas Education Services
- Our services may include, but are not limited to:
- Career and academic counseling
- Course, country, and institution guidance
- Application assistance and documentation support
- Liaison with institutions and authorized partners
- Visa guidance and interview preparation
- Pre-departure orientation
Evergreen Opportunities does not represent itself as an embassy, university, or immigration authority.
2. Refund Policy – Overseas Education & Visa Services
2.1 Consultancy & Service Fees
- All fees paid towards overseas education consultancy, admission guidance, counseling, documentation, and visa services are non-refundable once the service has commenced.
- Fees are charged for professional time, expertise, and administrative work, not for outcomes.
2.2 Government, Embassy & Third-Party Fees
Fees paid to:
- Universities / Colleges
- Embassies / Consulates
- Visa Application Centers (VFS / TLS / etc.)
Government portals, skill councils, or assessment bodies
are strictly non-refundable, as these are governed by third-party rules.
2.3 Visa Rejection / Refusal
No refund shall be provided in cases of:
- Visa rejection or refusal
- Administrative processing or delays
- Change in immigration rules or embassy policies
- Visa approval is solely at the discretion of the respective embassy or immigration authority.
2.4 Student Withdrawal or Change of Plan
No refund will be issued if the student:
- Withdraws voluntarily
- Changes country, course, or intake after processing
- Fails to submit documents on time
- Does not attend interviews or comply with instructions
2.5 After Travel / Enrollment
Once the student has traveled to the destination country or enrolled in an institution, all consultancy and coordination fees become non-refundable.
Any refund from an institution is subject strictly to the institution’s own refund policy.
3. Client Responsibilities
The applicant is solely responsible for:
- Providing true, accurate, and complete information
- Submitting genuine and verifiable documents
- Disclosing previous visa refusals, travel history, or legal issues
- Complying with embassy, institutional, and immigration regulations
Failure to do so may result in rejection, cancellation, or legal consequences, for which Evergreen Opportunities bears no liability.
4. Limitation of Liability
Evergreen Opportunities shall not be held liable for:
- Visa refusal, delay, or rejection
- Admission rejection or withdrawal by institutions
- Changes in immigration laws, embassy rules, or institutional policies
- Financial loss, travel loss, or consequential damages
- Actions taken by embassies, immigration authorities, or institutions
Our liability, if any, shall be limited strictly to the amount of consultancy fees actually received, excluding third-party payments.
5. No Guarantee Clause
- Evergreen Opportunities does not guarantee:
- Admission
- Visa approval
- Scholarship
- Employment or permanent residency
All decisions are made by independent authorities beyond our control Any projections shared are indicative only, not a promise.
6. Misrepresentation & Fraud
- No refund or liability shall arise if rejection or loss occurs due to:
- Fake or altered documents
- Suppression of facts
- Misrepresentation by the applicant or third parties
Evergreen Opportunities reserves the right to terminate services immediately in such cases.
7. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to:
- Embassy closures
- Policy changes
- Pandemics, natural disasters, strikes, or geopolitical events
8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
- These terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
- Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
9. No Guarantee, Disclaimer & Limitation
- Evergreen Opportunities acts solely as an overseas education and visa consultancy service provider. All decisions relating to admission, visa issuance, scholarships, fee waivers, free education, employment opportunities, post-study work rights, or permanent residency (PR) are made exclusively by the respective universities, institutions, embassies, immigration authorities, and government bodies.
- Evergreen Opportunities does not warrant, represent, or guarantee any specific outcome, including but not limited to admission, visa approval, scholarship grants, employment, or settlement status.The client expressly agrees that:
- No decision or payment has been made in reliance on any guarantee or assurance of success
- Final outcomes are beyond the control or influence of Evergreen Opportunities
- No refund, compensation, damages, or claim shall arise due to rejection, delay, refusal, or adverse decision by any authority
- Any opinions, assessments, advice, estimates, timelines, success indicators, or projections provided—whether orally, in writing, on the website, via advertisements, or through representatives—are informational only and shall not constitute a promise, assurance, inducement, or contractual obligation.
10. Acceptance of Terms
By availing our services and making payment, the client confirms that they have:

- Agreed to all refund, service, and liability terms stated above
