Guidelines

Purpose
The ethical guidelines describe Evergreen’s and the agent’s ethical standards and duties. The purpose is to clarify the basic expectations to suppliers of counselling and applications to education abroad. The ethical guidelines describe the agents’ commitments and duties in relation to both business practices and personal behaviour. The guidelines apply to the whole organisation, each employee, consultants, and temporary staff and any other that acts on behalf of the agent.
Responsibilities
In their activities, education agents will comply with applicable laws and regulations, and act in an ethically and socially responsible manner.

In his activities, the education agent will act professionally and in accordance with these guidelines. All guidance on education abroad shall be based on the applicant’s welfare.
The education provider should, as far as possible, provide adapted guidance to each student. The information must be adapted to the individual’s age and maturity, educational background, educational goals, and language qualifications.
