Application Fees for Institutions:
Application fees paid for institution submissions are eligible for a refund only if the application has not been submitted to the respective institution. Contact your study advisor for refund queries.Once an application has been submitted to the institution, the application fee becomes non-refundable.
Service Fees for Visa Services:
Service fees paid for visa services are non-refundable once the service has been rendered.Refunds may be considered only in exceptional circumstances and at the discretion of Evergreen. Subscriptions for Channel Partners' Account Features:
Subscriptions for channel partners’ account features are subject to the terms and conditions outlined in Clause 9 of our agreement.As per the terms and conditions, subscription fees are non-refundable once the service period has commenced.
Refunds will not be processed for subscription fees unless explicitly stated otherwise in our agreement or under exceptional circumstances, as determined by Evergreen.
